Inflated Balloon Questions
How long will my balloons float for? The float depends on the type of balloon that you order. Foil Balloons will typically float for a minimum of 4-6 days after the day of inflation (please bear in mind the delivery time willl use some of these float days), often longer. Bubble and Orbz Balloons typically float for 1-3 weeks, often longer. Please note that the balloons may shrink in transit due to the cold, at room temperature they will expand and become firm again.
Can I add a personalised card with a message to my order? Yes, we can include a hand written personalised message with any Inflated Balloon gift. This will be written on a Business Card sized piece of card. If you require this with your order, it is important that you leave your message in the Order/Balloon Instructions Box at the checkout. Please ensure you check the spelling of the message thoroughly as we will copy the message exactly as you write it. Any spelling errors, or mistakes will be included on your personalised card. Please note free business card messages must be no more than 60 characters long.
We also have a range of Greeting cards and Chocolate bar cards that we can also personalise for you. You will need to purchase these items separately from our website and leave your message as explained above, we are happy to personalise these items too. These are ideal for longer messages and personalised special touches.
Can I change one or more balloons in a balloon bouquet to another design? Yes, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss your requirements. Please note, their may be an additional surcharge depending on the balloon you wish to add to the bouquet.
Can you add a personalised message on to an inflated balloon? Yes, please contact a member of our team about this service prior to placing your order. There will be an additional charge for this service based on your requirements. Please take into account that this service will potentially result in a delay to your order, typically of one working day, for more complex requirements this may be longer.
Can I send an inflated balloon to a recipient outside of the UK? No, unfortunately due to the nature of helium balloons they are unable to be shipped outside of the UK. Any orders placed for inflated balloons to locations outside of the UK will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

I have a party and I need several balloons, can you attend my venue and decorate it before my party? Yes, our venue dressing team would be delighted to help. Please submit a enquiry via our contact us page here to arrange a phone call or in store appointment to discuss your requirements with our team.

I am having a corporate/promotional event and require balloons with my logo, or a message, can you supply balloons printed with my logo or message? Yes, we offer a range range of personalised balloons and can print your logo or message on balloons also. There may be a minimum quantity of balloons that you will need to order and we will need ideally a minimum or 2 weeks notice before your event to allow time to print your balloons.

Common Questions about Orders
Will my balloons arrive inflated? This depends on the item you have ordered. If your balloon is supplied inflated, it will be stated in the product description. Unless the description states that the balloon is delivered inflated, then your chosen balloons will not be delivered inflated. If you have seen a balloon that is not supplied inflated, but would like it delivered inflated, please feel free to contact our team who will be happy to advise you if this is possible.
What courier do you use to deliver my order? All items are delivered via Royal Mail or DPD. Please select the delivery service that best suits your requirements at checkout.
What time will my order be delivered? For orders sent via Royal Mail, unless you select a timed delivery service your order could arrive between 8am and 5pm. For orders sent via DPD your order could arrive anytime between 8am and 8pm, DPD will notify you via text and email of a one hour delivery window on the day they are due to deliver you order (please ensure you leave these details accurately at checkout, otherwise you will not receive this notification).
Can I have my items delivered on a specific date? Yes, please ensure that you choose a Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery service. If your specified date is a Saturday, you will need to select a Saturday Guaranteed delivery service. Please ensure that at checkout you leave a message with the specific date for delivery in the Order/Balloon Instructions box so that our team are aware of your requirement.
What days of the week do you despatch orders? We despatch all orders placed before 3pm same working day Monday-Friday (not including Bank Holidays). All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, and after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday, in the event this is a Bank Holiday, your order will be despatched the next working day.
We often receive requests for charitable donations and we acknowledge the fantastic work that these worthy causes do respectively. We would love to be able to honour each request, however, unfortunately this is not always possible. We try our best to support charitable requests for donations where we can.
