Items Required On or By a Certain Date - e.g. Balloon in a Box, Seed Gifts, Hampers and Sweets

Delivery on a specified date is only available to customers on the UK mainland and when you select a Guaranteed delivery service when you place your order.If you require a delivery on a specified date, we strongly recommend you select a Guaranteed 1 Day or Saturday delivery service. We are unable to guarantee delivery on a Sunday.

For orders to be provided as a gift (such as Inflated Balloons, Hampers and Sweets) we can accommodate an order placed in advance of the occasion. Where you require a Guarantee that this order will arrive on a specified date, you must use the calendar (during the checkout process) to specify the date you require delivery to be made and select a Guaranteed delivery service. For such orders, our team schedules your order for despatch on the working day before your required date (assuming you have selected a Guaranteed delivery). If this date is a Saturday please remember to choose a Guaranteed Saturday delivery service.

Unless otherwise stated, all delivery services provide an estimated delivery window, for these delivery services the date of delivery is not Guaranteed, instead the delivery window is an estimate provided by our courier. The estimated delivery windows provided by our couriers are usually accurate , however, delivery times with these services can vary and delays may occur which are beyond our control.

Guaranteed 1 Working Day Delivery

Our couriers advise that items despatched on a Friday via a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery will usually be delivered on the following Monday (except where this is a Bank Holiday). However, it is at the courier may choose to deliver items earlier (eg. on a Saturday). This is beyond our control and in the event of this happening, no refund shall be given for any postage paid.

Choosing a Delivery Service

Please contact us before placing an order if you require any assistance in choosing the right delivery service for the items you have selected.

Delivery Address

We despatch all orders to the address exactly as you provide when making your order. Please thoroughly check the delivery address to ensure that it is accurate and includes:

  • a House Name/Number
  • Road
  • Town
  • Postal Code

We are unable to accept responsibility for an order not being delivered or being delayed as a result of any incorrect information being provided by you when your order is placed.

If you make a mistake in the delivery address after you place an order, it is your responsibility to notify us of this by email immediately, making it clear what the error is and the correction required. We will, where possible correct such mistakes however, this can only be done if your order not already been despatched.

Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to make sure that the delivery address you provide is accessible to the courier. Certain addresses, for example a business address, may have special arrangements in place with couriers that may result in a delay or an item not being delivered. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery that arise as a consequence of this circumstance.

Dispatch Date

The dispatch date of your order will depend on the products that you order, as set out below.

For most items, where an order is completed before 1pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), your order will be dispatched on the same working day (working days are considered to be Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Orders completed after 1pm GMT are dispatched the following working day.

The following products are excluded from this dispatch time:

  • Inflated Balloons
  • Balloon in a Box
  • Timmy’s Treat Hampers

Orders Containing Inflated Balloons, Balloon in a Box and Hampers

Inflated balloons and food products do not last indefinitely. We want our customers to get the most out of these products and for this reason, so that you receive the optimum experience with these products, we do not always dispatch these on the same working day as you complete your order.

Orders containing these products may be scheduled for despatch on a future date determined by the following details that you provided when making your order:

  • the event date chosen using the calendar at checkout
  • the delivery service

These details, along with the delivery timeframe advised by your chosen courier for the delivery service you selected, are used to determine the most suitable dispatch date.

Please remember that unless the delivery service you choose offers a Guaranteed delivery, the delivery timescale is an estimate.

For this reason, we recommend choosing a Guaranteed delivery service for orders of this nature. If you require the Inflated Balloons to be delivered on a specific date, please ensure you select a Guaranteed delivery option. Only orders made with a Guaranteed Delivery service will ensure that your balloons arrive on your chosen date.

If you require your order to arrive the day before an occasion or special date, please choose the day before your special date as the event date during the checkout process.

Useful Dispatch Information

To assist our customers in choosing the right delivery method, our checkout advises for each delivery method one of the following:

  • Likely to arrive on time
  • Guaranteed by Courier
  • Will not arrive on time

These prompts are specific to the event date you choose, if you alter this event date, you will need to press the 'Show Delivery options' button to refresh these prompts.

Working Days

Working days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday and do not include Saturday or Sunday, or UK Bank Holidays. Unfortunately our couriers have advised us that they DO NOT operate on Bank Holidays. Orders placed for delivery on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the working day/Saturday (depending on the delivery service you choose) prior to the Bank Holiday.

Where a Saturday delivery is required or an order is placed after 1pm on a Thursday and required for the next available delivery day (Saturday), it is the responsibility of our customer to select a Saturday Delivery service when placing their order, which will guarantee a Saturday delivery.

All delivery estimates are for addresses on the UK Mainland and are advised as a guide only. Delivery estimates are checked regularly with our couriers. Deliveries to remote parts of the country such as offshore Islands and the Scottish Highlands may take extra time and will vary from courier to courier.
