Covid-19 Delivery, Product and Customer Service Advice
We know that delivery times and services are important to our customers, even more so during the Covid-19 crisis. During these challenging times we are doing our best to uphold our regular high standard of service and we trust that our customers will understand that these are unpecedented times for businesses, customers and couriers alike. To uphold our service and observe the Social Distancing required in the workplace we have made the following changes to our operation:
- We are shipping orders as usual every day Monday-Friday. We are closed Bank Holidays and Weekends as normal
- Our cutoff to qualify for same day despatch is 12pm, previously this was 3pm (orders containing Inflated balloons are being processed as usual, please see further down the page for more information regarding this)
- We are providing a daily update on our chat messenger (the waving hand sign, or envelope if we are offline, at the bottom of every page)
- Phone lines are temporarily not operational, customer support is being provided by email, please contact us by email for any questions about new or already made orders. We are doing our best to get back to each response in 12-24 hours.
We continue to follow the Government's guidance daily and respond to these accordingly in order to protect the health and safety of our workforce and customers.

Click and Collect - Suspended During the Covid-19 Crisis
We are pleased to offer a local Click and Collect service from our Coalville Party Warehouse in Leicestershire, located just off of the A512 and minutes from the M1!
We have free parking right outside of our door making us ideally located for customers from Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and even Birmingham, if you are nearby or passing through, you are welcome to place your order online and collect from our store.
Please select the 'Collect from Our Coalville Party Store' delivery option at checkout. You will receive an email notification stating your order has been despatched which serves as confirmation that the item is ready to collect. Choosing a Delivery Service
Choosing the right delivery service for your needs is vital to ensure you receive the items you need in time for your event. We offer a selection of different delivery services to suit everyones needs including Saturday Delivery, Next Working Day and Free Delivery options.
If you require any assistance in choosing the right delivery method for your requirement, please see the table of delivery options further down the page, which lists all of the delivery options we offer (including delivery timescales and pricing).
If you still still are unsure, please contact our team before placing your order.
Please check the delivery address that you enter at checkout thoroughly to ensure that it is accurate and includes:
- a House Name/Number
- Postal Code
We are unable to accept responsibility for items not delivered, or that arrive late, as a result of an issue with the address you confirm.
If you notice a mistake on the order, please notify us of this by email immediately - we will make every effort possible to have this mistake corrected, this will only be possible if your order not already been despatched.
It is our customers responsibility to make ensure that the delivery address you provide is accessible. Some business addresses may have arrangements with couriers that may result in a delay or an item not being delivered, it is your responsibility to check this before placing your order, and we are unable to accept responsibility for delays that arise as a consequence.
Items Required On or By a Certain Date
Delivery on a specified date is only availble to customers on the UK mainland and when you select a Guaranteed Next Working Day or Saturday delivery service (depending on the day you require the delivery to arrive).
If you require your order to be Guarantee to arrive on a spefic date, we strongly recommend you select a Guaranteed Next Working Day or Saturday delivery service.We cannot Guarantee Delivery on a Sunday.
Where you choose a delivery service that provides an estimated delivery window, the date of delivery is not Guaranteed. The delivery window is an estimated delivery window provided by our courier and whilst this is on the whole very accurate, delivery times with these services can vary and delays may occur.
If you wish to place your order in advance of an occasion, but ensure the items arrive on a specific date, we can accomodate this. It is important that you choose the date of your event using the calendar during the checkout process and select a Guaranteed delivery service to ensure that this is possible. Our team will then schedule your order for despatch the working day before your required date. Please remember, if this date is a Saturday to ensure you choose a Guaranteed Saturday delivery service.
We ship all orders placed before 3pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), except for those containing Inflated Balloons, the same working day* (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 3pm GMT (12pm during the Covid-19 Lockdown period) will be despatched the following working day*.
Orders Containing Inflated Balloons
Orders that contain inflated balloons can be despatched on the same working day, or can be ordered in advance, with despatch being scheduled for a later date. The date of despatch for orders containing inflated balloons is determined by:
- the event date you choose (using the calendar during the checkout process) and;
- the couriers estimated delivery time for delivery method you have chosen
This information is used to schedule the despatch date of Inflated Balloon orders. If you require your balloons to arrive before your event i.e the day before, please choose this date as the event date.

If you require the Inflated Balloons to be delivered on a specific date, please ensure you select a Guaranteed delivery option. Only orders made with a Guaranteed Delivery service will ensure that your balloons arrive on your chosen date.
To assist our customers in choosing the right delivery method, our checkout advises for each delivery method one of the following:
- 'Likely to arrive on time'
- Guaranteed Delivery
- Will not arrive on time
These prompts are specific to the event date you choose, if you alter this event date, you will need to press the 'Show Delivery options' button to refresh these prompts.
For options that state 'Likely to arrive on time', these delivery services offer an estimated delivery window. Whilst very accurate on the whole, it is important to remember that these delivery methods only offer an estimated delivery window and are not Guaranteed Delivery services.
Regrettably, our courier does not offer compensation for orders that arrive before or after the estimated delivery date when the delivery service chosen is not a Guaranteed Delivery service. By choosing a Delivery service that is 'Likely to arrive on time' you accept that you understand this to be the case.
Working days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday and do not include Saturday or Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Unfortunately our couriers DO NOT operate on Bank Holidays and orders placed for Next Day Delivery will therefore be delivered on the Next Working Day where the Next Day falls on a Bank Holiday. For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, this will add an additional day to the estimated delivery timeframe of your order (as your order can only be collected by our courier on a working day).
Where a Saturday delivery is required or an order is placed after 3pm on a Thursday and required for the next available delivery day (Saturday), it is the responsibility of our customer to select a Saturday Delivery service when placing their order, which will guarantee a Saturday delivery.
All delivery estimates are for addresses on the UK Mainland and are advised as a guide only. Delivery estimates are checked regularly with our courier. Deliveries to remote parts of the country such as offshore Islands and the Scottish Highlands may take extra time, an extra day is typical.

Please note that our courier advises that items despatched on a Friday via a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery should be delivered on the following Monday (except where this is a Bank Holiday). However, it is at the couriers discretion to deliver items earlier (eg. on a Saturday). Instance like this are beyond our control and as a result of such an occurence no refund shall be given for any postage paid.
