Changing an Order

By placing an order via our website you confirm all the details on the order, including product selection(s), delivery services and details are correct. This is the basis on which we fulfil your order. Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed we may not be unable to make any changes to your order.

If you wish request that we make a change to your order, you must make us aware of this by emailing us and await our acceptance of this change. Your email must include your order number and clearly state the nature of the change required with the new and correct information. We will respond and confirm whether we can make this change and advise you of any associated charges, if applicable, that this change may result in.

Examples of changes that we may be able to accomodate are:

  • Updating a delivery address
  • Changing the delivery method or event date
  • Adding a gift message to an order
  • Adding personalisation to a product

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order where it:

  • has already been despatched
  • is a made to order item (such as an inflated balloon) and has already been made. You would need to place a new order for such an item and you will still be responsible for the full cost of the original order that has already been made
  • includes personalisation or a gift message that has already been made, where this has yet to be added to the order, we may be able to make a change, however, you would be responsible for the full cost of any change that is required as well as the original cost due to this service already being completed in line with the original order. Unfortunately if the personalisation or gift message is already made and attached to the product, it may be necessary to place a full new order, as the original order may not be able to be changed, in the case you would be responsible for the cost of the original and any new order

You must make us aware of any changes that you wish to make at least 1 working day before your order is despatched. We are unable to make an amendment to an order on the day of despatch.

If we are unable to change your order, we may cancel your order, or; you may be able to return your order to us for a refund, certain items are not returnable, please see our returns section for more information about returning an order.
