How To Order
1. Add your required item(s) to your basket by clicking the ‘Add to Shopping Bag’ button.
2. Once complete click the basket icon at the top of the page to visit your shopping basket.
3. Check all lines on the order are present and in the correct quantity. (Please note personalisation can only be sold with an inflated balloon(s), and is not able to be sold separately).
4. Choose the date of your event. This date will help you to choose the right delivery service later on during the checkout process. For orders containing Inflated Balloons (such as Balloon in a Box or Personalised Bubble Balloons) we will use this event date to schedule despatch of your order and so choosing an accurate date for your needs is very important.
5. Choose the country your items are to be delivered to. (Inflated Balloons cannot be shipped outside of the UK).
6. Enter the delivery postcode.
7. Click the Show Delivery Options Box, which will then present the delivery options for you to choose from to meet your requirements.
8. If you want to change the Event Date you can do this by repeating steps 4 to 7.

10. Once you have chosen a delivery method you will need to confirm your billing and delivery details.
11. If the two addresses are the same you can tick the box that reads ‘My billing address is the same as my delivery address’
12. Please then check the details carefully for any errors and correct should one appear.
13. To confirm your order click the Proceed to Payment button. This will take you to Sage Pay. You will then need to follow their instructions to securely make payment and for your order.
14. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This will be sent to the email address you confirm on your order and usually arrives 10-15 minutes after your order is placed.
