FAQ - Inflated Helium Balloons

How long will my balloons float for? The float time depends on the type of balloon that you order. Foil Balloons will typically float for a minimum of 4-6 days after the day of inflation (please bear in mind the delivery time will use some of these float days), often longer. Bubble and Orbz Balloons typically float for 1-3 weeks, often longer. Please note that balloons may shrink in transit due to the cold, at room temperature they will expand and become firm again.

Can I add a personalised card with a message to my order? Yes, please use the 'Include Gift Message' button on the product page to add a hand written personalised message with any Inflated Balloon. Please then follow the instructions to add your message. Your message will be written on a Business Card sized piece of card. Please ensure you check the spelling of the message thoroughly as we will copy the message exactly as you write it. Any spelling errors, or mistakes will be included on your personalised card.

We also have a range of Greeting cards and seed gift sets that we can also personalise for you. You will need to add these items to your shopping basket and purchase these as an additional item. Then you will need to leave your message as outlined above. These are ideal for longer messages and personalised special touches.

What does the box look like that my Inflated Helium Balloons are sent in? The design of the box will depend on the number of balloons in your order and is subject to change at any time. Typically for orders containing 1 x Balloon in a Box, a patterned box is used. 3 x Balloons and 5 x Balloons are delivered in a Plain White Box. Orders containing more than 5 Balloons are delivered in a Plain Manilla coloured box. The box your balloons are delivered in will contain the balloons, this box is not contained in an additional outer box. Depending on your choice of courier, we may be required by your chosen courier to add labels to ensure your parcel is handled correctly. We can by special request deliver Balloon in Box orders inside an outer box. This is dependent on the size of the order, would be subject to a charge for the extra packaging and postage weight and is the responsibility of the buyer to request BEFORE an order is placed, so that we can accept an order on this basis. Orders placed without this advance agreement will be shipped in the standard way as outlined above.

Can I change one or more balloons in a balloon bouquet to another design? Yes, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss your requirements. Please note, their may be an additional surcharge depending on the balloon you wish to add to the bouquet.

Can I add personalisation on to my inflated balloon? Yes, many of our Inflated Balloons can be personalised. Please click here to view our range of Personalisable balloons. Once you have chosen your required design please use the 'Personalise Balloon?' button to add your personalisation. One or both sides of a balloon can be personalised. Please follow the instructions to customise the text on your balloon. There is an additional charge for this service based on your requirements.

Can I send an inflated balloon to a recipient outside of the UK? No, unfortunately due to the nature of helium balloons they are unable to be shipped outside of the UK. Any orders placed for inflated balloons to locations outside of the UK will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
