FAQs

We despatch orders Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

All items are delivered via Royal Mail or DPD. Please select the delivery service that best suits your requirements at
checkout.

We reserve the right to change your delivery method to a faster or equivalent service with an alternative courier.

For some products such as inflated balloons we require a preferred delivery date to be chosen.

All other products are despatched in line with our business hours and same day despatch cutoffs.

All orders are delivered between the hours of 6am and and 9pm unless you have selected a timed delivery service, for example a Pre 12pm delivery in which case the delivery will be between 6am and 12pm.

You cannot choose a specific time within these delivery windows.

Yes we can do this but it is entirely at your own risk to do this.

You must arrange for the hotel or venue to accept the delivery with them.

If there is nobody there when the delivery is attempted, or the parcel is refused, the
parcel may be taken away.

There are no refunds for failed deliveries out of our control, or for losses if delivered to a venue.

Yes we can, although every hospital has its own policy regarding deliveries.

You are responsible for checking with the hospital and locating the parcel after delivery - please do not expect it will be delivered to the ward or bedside, it's unlikely a hospital will allow this for security and health reasons.

If you have specified a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel, they will try to leave it there.

You must askthe courier for this when you get your tracking link. Our boxes can be very big so if it's not safe to leave the parcel where specified they might not leave it.

We will not refund for parcels left in a safe place and then lost, or unable to be delivered on your chosen day if no-one is home.

We clearly advise whether the balloons we supply are inflated or flat. We supply both, ready pre-inflated and flat balloons.

The payment methods we accept are outlined at checkout. We accept most major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.

You can also pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop.

All orders must be paid in full before despatch.

From time to time we offer discount codes and special offers. The price of your order is final once the order is made. Please ensure any discounts, coupons or special offers are applied to your order before you make payment.

We update the stock levels for all products on our website multiple times throughout each day.

Our stock levels are continually changing due to goods incoming and orders outgoing.

If you want to know the return date for an out of stock product, we would be happy to help. Please fill out the contact us from below and we will advise further.

By placing an order via our website you make a firm commitment to purchase the goods you have ordered and be bound by our terms and conditions.

We recognise there are times when you may change your mind or your circumstances may change. Should this happen we are happy to consider a cancellation request.

We can consider a cancellation as long as:

1) your order hasn’t been despatched

2) or; where the items are made to order or personalised items, if your order has not been made

Whether we are able to cancel your order will depend on the nature of the items in your order and the status of your order.

If you wish to request an order cancellation you must:

  • email us
  • include your order number
  • expressly state that you wish to cancel your order

Our team will respond to your cancellation request and confirm whether we are able to cancel your order and advise you of any associated charges, if applicable, that this cancellation will result in.

Requesting that we cancel your order does not mean that we are able to do so, however, we do our best accomodate cancellations requests where possible.

In certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel part but not all of your order for example where:

  • your order includes personalisation, a gift message or made to order items that we have already prepared but not created the rest of the order, we may be able to cancel the rest of your order, but you would still be responsible for the cost of the items prepared/made

We are unable cancel an order where it:

  • has already been despatched
  • is a made to order item (such as an inflated balloon) and has already been made
  • includes personalisation or a gift message that has already been made and attached to your product

If we are unable to cancel your order, it will be delivered to you and you may be able to return your order to us for a refund, certain items are not returnable, please see our returns section for more information.

We fulfil all orders using the details you confirm. We recommend thoroughly checking your order confirmation once your order is placed.

If you notice that you have made a mistake when placing your order we make every effort to update your order to reflect any change you need, however, it may not be possible for us to make any changes to your order.

If you notice a mistake you must make us aware of this by emailing us. We require your order number and a clear breakdown of the wrong information and the change required.

We will then reply to confirm if the change was possible and our acceptance of this change. Our response will also advise any associated charges, if applicable, that this change may result in.

Examples of changes that we may be able to accomodate are:

  • Updating a delivery address
  • Changing the delivery method
  • Changing a preferred delivery date
  • Adding a gift message to an order
  • Adding personalisation to a product

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order where it:

  • has already been despatched
  • is a made to order item (such as an inflated balloon) and the item has already been made
  • includes personalisation or a gift message that has already been
    created

If we are unable to accomodate the change, we may cancel your order. Alternatively, may be able to return your order to us for a refund. Certain items are not returnable, please see our returns section for more information.

We keep our customers informed with key updates about the status of their order.

We provide order updates using the information you provide and where you
do not provide correct details such as email address or phone number, you may not receive these updates.

You will receive the following order status updates by email/text message:

  1. Order Confirmation - with the products you have ordered, delivery and billing details. Once your order is placed, our team will begin to prepare your order for despatch using the details you provide us.
  2. Despatch Notification - this is sent when your order is on it's way to you.
  3. Courier Updates - Your chosen courier will then provide any further delivery updates as your order moves through their network. Typically your chosen courier will make you aware that they have received your order, they will then advise you of the likely delivery
    date and on the day of delivery will usually advise an estimated delivery window when your order is out for delivery. Please note that some standard delivery services may not offer these delivery updates and so courier updates may not be provided for every order.

Where you have attempted to make an order, but the order has not processed successfully, you may receive an email from us to notify you of this.

We regularly receive requests for charitable donations and we acknowledge the fantastic work that these worthy causes do respectively.

We would love to be able to honour each request, however, unfortunately this is not always possible. We try our best to support charitable requests for donations where we can.
