Northern Ireland

We regret to advise that due to the recent introduction of GPSR we are unable to ship any orders to Northern Ireland at this time.

As a small business we do not have the expertise or resources to meet the requirements set out by these rules and as a result we have had no option but to withdraw deliveries to Northern Ireland until further notice.

We take the opportunity to thank our previous customers in Northern Ireland for shopping with us over the years.

Inflated Balloon Delivery Advice

Please use the calendar on our product page to choose your preferred delivery date for inflated balloons and other perishable items.

The vast majority of deliveries arrive on the preferred day you specify but it is not 100% Guaranteed.

There are circumstances that can arise that mean a delivery cannot be completed on-time, examples include bad weather, peak periods, severe localised congestion. These circumstances are very rare.

The delivery timeframe is set out and controlled by the courier you choose to transport your order. Delivery timescales are not something we have control over.

We recommend selecting your preferred delivery date to be the day before you would like to use them. Please remember we ship all orders Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

If your balloons do not arrive on your chosen preferred delivery day please let us know ASAP. We will not refund the full order if it arrives late, however we may at our discretion be able to offer a refund for your delivery charge if the order arrives after your preferred delivery date.

1 Working Day Delivery aims to deliver the next working day.

Please note, where your preferred delivery date falls on a Monday, your order will be despatched within our operating hours Monday-Friday.

Orders shipped on a Friday via a 1 Day Delivery service are typically delivery the following Monday (except where this is a Bank Holiday).

However, the courier may choose to deliver items earlier (eg. on a Saturday). This circumstance will have no impact on the float life of your balloons as they will be inflated on the same day whether they are delivered on Saturday or Monday.

Instances such as this are beyond our control and in the event of this happening, no refund shall be given.

Inflated balloons, food products and plants are classed as perishable goods. They do not last indefinitely.

So that you get the most out of these products we do not always dispatch these on the same working day as your order is placed.

We use the following details that you provide when making your order to schedule the day your order will be shipped:

  • your preferred delivered date
  • the delivery service chosen

We outline the delivery methods and the delivery timeframe specified by the courier for each service at checkout.

If you plan on using the balloons on the morning of your occasion or need them to arrive the day before your occasion please choose your preferred delivery date as the day before they are needed.

General Delivery Advice

We outline the couriers estimated delivery timescales for each service above and also at checkout.

If you require any advice about choosing a delivery service, please contact us before placing your order.

We despatch all orders to the address exactly as you provide when making your order. Please thoroughly check the delivery address to ensure that it is accurate and includes:

  • a Flat Number and/or Building Number
  • road or name
  • town
  • postal code

We are unable to accept responsibility for an order not being delivered or being delayed as a result of any incorrect information being provided by you when your order is placed.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any mistake made in the address by email immediately, making it clear what the error is and the correction required. We will, where possible correct such mistakes however, this can only be done if your order has not already been despatched.

Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to make sure that the delivery address you provide is accessible to the courier. Certain addresses, for example a business address, may have special opening hours or arrangements in place with couriers that may result in a delay or an item not being delivered. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery that arise as a consequence of this circumstance.

Communal areas of offices or residences

If your order is being delivered to a location where there is a communal mail area, couriers are allowed to deliver to this area only. They are not obligated to go to a part of the building or to the door and in this instance you should choose a different delivery address or ensure someone can secure the parcel on arrival. We do not accept liability for parcels that cannot be found after delivery to the correct location.

The dispatch date of your order will depend on the products that you order, as set out below.

For most items, where an order is completed before 1pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), your order will be dispatched on the same working day (working days are considered to be Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Orders completed after 1pm GMT are dispatched the following working day.

Orders containing the following products are excluded from this dispatch time and the preferred delivery date and delivery method chosen will be used to schedule the despatch of the order:

  • Inflated Balloons
  • Balloon in a Box

Working days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday.

We do not class Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays as working days.

Our products cannot be delivered by couriers on Bank Holidays.

Where a Saturday delivery is required it is the responsibility of our customer to select a Saturday Delivery service when placing their order.

All delivery timescales are based on working days and for addresses on the UK Mainland. These timescales are provided by the couriers we use.

Delivery estimates are checked regularly with our couriers. Deliveries to remote parts of the country such as offshore Islands and the Scottish Highlands may take extra time and will vary from courier to courier.
