Brief
Our customer required 60th birthday supplies and balloon table centrepieces for a family birthday party. They required the balloons to be delivered and set up by our team at their venue’s function room at the Hugglescote Social Club, Hugglescote.
Work Undertaken
After an initial phone call with our customer, they arranged to visit our Showroom in Coalville to discuss options for their upcoming 60th Birthday celebration. With a few ideas in mind, we helped guide them in the right direction; they chose items from our Gold Sparkle 60th Birthday range with Gold Sparkle 60th Confetti, Gold Tablecovers, 60th Candles and Gold Sparkle 60th Latex Balloons for the occasion.
These Latex Balloons were made into three balloon bouquets, inflated with helium on the day at the venue and used as table centrepieces. Additionally, giant number 6 and 0 balloons in Gold were chosen to decorate the centre stage in the venue.
On the day of the event, the customer dressed the tables in preparation for our arrival, meaning we could set up and inflate the bouquet arrangements upon arrival.
