3rd Birthday Paw Patrol Balloons, Shepshed

The Brief

Our customer requested the Party Save Smile team create and deliver Paw Patrol themed party balloons for their son's 3rd Birthday Party at St Botolph's Church Hall in Shepshed. The customers priorities were an entrance balloon decoration and table balloon decorations for the food table where the party guests would eat, all being Paw Patrol themed. The customer also required matching tableware for food and cake.

Work Undertaken

The Party Save Smile team delivered and set up a 7ft Paw Patrol Themed Balloon arch in the at the entrance inside the venue. Addtionally 3 x 5 Balloon Bouquets were created to be used a Table Centrepieces and a Giant 34" number 3 Balloon in blue was used among a cluster of other balloons to decorate the card and gift table at the venue.

The Balloon Arch was made and set up on site at the customers venue and positioned in line with the customers instructions, all Balloon Boquets were placed in position so all decor was ready on arrival of the party guests.

Our team also supplied Paw Patrol party supplies including Tablecovers, Cups, Plates, Napkins and decorations from our extensive Paw Patrol range held in our Party Superstore on site, as well as colour co-ordinating food platters and bowls. We event supplied the wrapping paper for the customer to create their own pass the parcel with!

We set up tables and chairs at the venue and dressed the tables with tablecovers and relevent decorations and setting out each guest place with a plate, cup and napkin ready for use on arrival.
