Next Day Delivery Exceptions

Our couriers offer Guaranteed Next Day delivery services to most of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland for you to choose if your need dictates.

Unfortunately Next Day Delivery is not available to some locations or on certain dates which are set out below. It is the responsibility of our customer to:

• ensure the date you have chosen is not a Bank Holiday, our couriers do not Guarantee delivery on Bank Holidays such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Bank Holiday and therefore your order may be delivered early or late compared with your specified date depending on when your order is placed
• ensure that the delivery option they choose meets their needs
• carefully read the below guide and choose an event date that is the specified number of days earlier than the actual required date to be their event date, in order that we ship your order to you on time - for example, your delivery address is locatd in AB31 and you wish to have the order delivered by DPD. Your required date is 10/6/2020. DPD delivery to AB31 takes 2 days as outlined below. You must choose your event date to be 9/6/2020, we will then ship on the 8/6/2020, allowing the 2 days the delivery service takes to this location.

DPD Next Day and Saturday Delivery Exceptions

Deliveries to addresses in Northern Ireland are also downgraded to a Two Day Service (all postcodes starting BT).
